Whatever appeals to you, we'll help you to take real pleasure in living a healthier life.

We run over 30 classes a and have some of the best instructors around. So you can be sure you'll find something you'll love that fits perfectly with your lifestyle. Joining a class can also be a great way to make new friends. And feeling part of a group can be a superb way to stay

Class Types
You can choose from a number different exercise classes at Athlone Regional Sports Centre, each with specific benefits. There are High Energy classes, for example, which help you burn the maximum number of calories and offer the fastest way to improve your fitness. Then there are Holistic classes, which teach you how to reduce stress and improve your flexibility. Strength and Conditioning classes enable you to tone and sculpt your body.


Our Fitness Classes Are Free To Full Members.
Pool Members are entitled to free Aqua Aerobics Classes.

Non-Members are very welcome to join in on our Fitness Classes.
Pre booking is necessary.
Each Fitness Class costs €7 off peak or €8 on peak for non-members.
Members have the privilege of booking classes up to 14 days in advance and non-members may book up to 7 days in advance of their chosen fitness classes.
